More and more recently, we’re beginning to discover the importance of self-care. Improving your mental and physical wellness, no matter your situation, is always worth the time investment.
However, knowledge is nothing without action and some of us just feel too busy to take care of ourselves.
But it doesn’t have to be that way!

For everyone out there too busy hustling to take a breath, this post is for you. I’m right there with you, and I know the feeling of keeping your gears turning for so long that your brain physically feels like it’s starting to rust. That’s why I’m starting the #wellnesswin 30 day challenge. For me, for you, for your stressed our friends and family, and for everyone who just doesn’t have time to relax. Together, we’re gonna find our zen.
Every day for 30 days, we’re gonna do one of these activities to take care of ourselves
Most of these wellness boosters take less than 10 minutes, so you don’t have any excuse for not fitting it in. You don’t have to do them in any particular order either, so the ones that do take longer can be saved for weekends (or whatever days you tend to have the most free time.) Some of them can be even done with others, so share the love and bring your best friend, significant other, or even kids in on the fun!
My goal with this challenge is for everyone to find joy in the little things, and build self-care habits that will make them a stronger person. Sound like fun? Good, because the challenge officially starts now!
Here are your 30 days of wellness and self-care activities!
Day 1: Go for a walk
Day 2: Take a hot bath
Day 3: Start a good book
Day 4: Light your favorite candle
Day 5: Go out and hug 3 animals
Day 6: Compose a list of your best features
Day 7: Cuddle up with a warm drink & a blanket
Day 8: Look in the mirror & compliment yourself
Day 9: Do your favorite form of exercise
Day 10: Enjoy the atmosphere of a cafe while you work or read

Day 11: Create a playlist of music that makes you happy
Day 12: Binge watch some Netflix
Day 13: Make a heathy, delicious meal
Day 14: Color in a coloring book
Day 15: Try meditation
Day 16: Watch your favorite childhood movie
Day 17: Declutter one area in your home
Day 18: Buy yourself some flowers
Day 19: Make your skin lotion soft
Day 20: Unfollow/block a negative person on social media

Day 21: Wear your favorite outfit
Day 22: Drink a green smoothie
Day 23: Volunteer somewhere special
Day 24: Pop bubble wrap!
Day 25: Write about your day in as much detail as possible
Day 26: Stretch for 10 minutes
Day 27: Buy a 2 dollar face mask and enjoy
Day 28: Watch an interesting TED talk
Day 29: Become a blanket burrito
Day 30: Treat yourself to your favorite sweet
